A robust, supple well balanced wine with a lovely ruby red colour. Rich in fresh black fruit on the nose, pairs off well with most meat dishes. Brouilly is the largest of the Crus. It is named after an inactive volcano, the Mont de Brouilly that its extensive vineyards surround. The soil, quite typically, is a composition of several types of granite. The wine offers generous aromas of red fruits and plums with light mineral accents. It is a well-balanced wine that encourages the rich, fruity character of the Gamay grape. This Brouilly has an intense color, deep ruby. Fruitier than floral, this wine evokes the red small fruits, the plum, with a light mineral note. Powerful but all in smoothness, this Brouilly offers molten tannins. It is a balanced and harmonious, tender and silky 100% Gamay.

From the Beaujolais region in France , the Wine Spectator gave this selection a whopping 90 points in its August 31st issue. Beaujolais expert James Molesworth wrote the following, "Tight, with the raspberry and boysenberry confiture flavors held in check by lively acidity and slightly muscular tannins (for a Fleurie). Dark, ripe and juicy, with purity and balance. I am not sure how anyone could pass this up."

It is a charming wine, with an enveloping mouth feel, in which one can detect a silky elegance. A bottle that would be a great companion to poultry, a side of lamb, or a fine cut of red meat.

This wine combines two grape varieties Syrah 60% & Merlot 40%. It exudes many aromas and taste of fruit. On the nose it developes a fabulous bouquet of really ripe red fruits, with notable blackcurrants, and a hint of violets. In the mouth it is generous and well structured, yet discreet, both concentrated and harmonious. It is a seductive wine, bursting with flavor. It is quite round in the mouth and is a beautiful crimson color. It taste of ripe red fruit, mostly blackcurrants. Both dense and layered, it is generous on the palate.

Vin de Pays d'Oc explodes from the glass with candied black raspberry and black cherry aromas. Crammed with considerable fruit, this boisterous wine bastes the taster's palate with fresh waves of super-ripe cherries, raspberries, and blackberries... Its lush, suave personality extends into a lingering finish that leaves behind a sweet kiss of kirsch. The rose, chilled is a fine aperitif.

This bottle contains a wine whose typical aromas exude scents of fruits, blueberry, blackberries and blackcurrants. In the mouth, it is full, generous, particularly concentrated yet quite round and very supple. The aromatic composition is very typical of this variety, evoking a boutique of violets, blueberries, and blackcurrants. In the mouth it is supple, marvelously fruity, bursting with blackberry jam, followed by a discreet woodiness that enhances the elegance of the tannins coating the palate. A well structured wine, full of character.

Vin de Pays d'Oc 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Syrah.
Made from a unique blend of classic varietals that are harvested at full ripeness, fermented at controlled temperatures, followed by gentle pressing. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks to conserve the rich aromas, then bottle-aged for maximum flavor development. Ruby, red color intense and clear. On the nose, notes of cherries, black currants, green peppers, liquorice and spices. A deep and flavorful red wine, with hints of pepper and spices on the palate.

Vin de Pays d'Oc 100% Merlot
Harvested at maximum ripeness to preserve Merlot fruit and delicate tannins. After controlled cool-fermentation of the grapes, the wine is gently pressed then matured in stainless steel by micro-oxidation to preserve the freshness of the fruit flavors. Following maturation, the wine is racked, filtered and bottled. Color is an intense garnet red, almost purple. The nose exhibits red fruit aromas: black currants, cherries and raspberry jam. Full flavored and rich with lush notes of berry and velvety smooth tannins.
