Vin de Pays d'Oc 750ML 100% Chardonnay
The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness then pressed. The wine is fermented at low temperatures and then aged in oak barrels. Clear and brilliant, golden tinge. The bouquet is expressive with notes of acacia flowers, fresh butter, vanilla, pineapple, grapefruit and other typical fruits, with distinctive hints of wood from the oak barrels.

Blend of Ugni Blanc and Colombard harvested at peak ripeness. Stainless steel fermentation at low temperatures to preserve all the aromas. Cold color with a pale green tinge. On the nose, aromas of white fruits, followed by a subtle hints of grapefruit and pineapple. Lively, well-balanced acidity with a clean, refreshing finish.

Quite an intense nose on this wine opening with citrus, green apple, hazelnut and vanilla leading to a well-balanced, fairly full-bodied mouthful of citrus flavors complemented by a buttery richness and finishing with a clean and focused mineral edge.

On the palate it's silky, rich with vanilla, caramel spice, oak and citrus peel flavours balanced, bright acdity and sweet spices lingering on the finish.

The wine has an attractive, pale straw colour with a golden tint and a fresh, highly refined nose that opens on white blossom and citrus aromas.
Ripe yellow fruit notes appear with airing, enhanced by the slightest mineral touch. Round and succulent on the palate, it strikes a lovely balance between Sauvignon crispness, bringing freshness, refinement and elegance, and a full lushness typical of Semillon and Muscadelle. Beautifully expressive, the flavours linger on a seductive and generous finish.

A coppery gold, the wine has a highly concentrated nose of honey, gingerbread and beeswax mingled with fresher notes of acacia and lime blossom, giving an elegant and richly scented whole. Dense on the palate, with body, character and heft, it displays delicate floral notes and fuller flavours of very ripe tropical fruit. The complex flavours of the elegant and unctuous finish reflect an ample and generous vintage.

Colour: Brilliant pale gold with a slightly greenish hue. Nose: The nose opens on attractive white peach and candied lemon aromas with subtler notes of jasmine blossom. Palate: A round and fruity attack lengthens on the more mineral notes typical of the appellation. The long and succulent finish underlines the richness of flavour and elegance of this white Graves.

100% Sauvignon Blanc
Pale golden-green. Remarkable and aromatic intensity on the nose. Floral notes of white flowers such as hawthorn, acacia, eglantine, and elder flower. This is backed up by blackcurrant buds and wild flowers. It is lively on the palette, with very pleasant acidulous characteristics prolonged by light fruity notes. Full and refreshing, it is dominated by flinty stones and chalk typical of fine Sancerre wines. Shellfish, seafood and goat cheeses.

In the mouth, the wine has a powerful attack, with well-balanced flavors and a fleshiness that matches well with the freshness of this vintage. Long on the finish and powerful. Grapes are harvested by both by hand and machine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and clarification with a fining agent.

Blend: 100% Chardonnay
A pale color with limpid and light hints of green. The bouquet is fine and expressive with lemon and white floral aromas with mineral notes. The palate is fresh and powerful with a lively and imposing character. The finish is harmonized with mineral nuances.

The grapes are picked by hand, followed by pressing and settling. The alcoholic fermentation is carried in vats followed by malolactic fermentation. After a short maturing in vats on fine lees, the wines are fined using a fish based fining agent before being bottled.
