Our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted from grapes grown primarily on California 's Central Coast , displays the dark cherry, berry and chocolate aromas and flavors characteristic of high-quality California Cabs. With seamless structure, velvety tannins, well-integrated oak and rich fruit character—enhanced by the addition of small amounts of Syrah, Merlot and Petite Sirah—this wine may be savored on its own or paired with a wide array of dishes, including rib roasts, grilled steak, spare ribs, lasagna, roast duck and flavorful hard cheeses.

Our winemaker has created a flavorful wine that captures the vibrancy of Central Coast-grown Pinot Noir grapes with its abundant layers of cherry, violet and spice. Light nuances of oak and silky tannins add complexity and depth on the palate.

Very dense, mouthfilling palate, with such a concentration of sweet black fruit, all wrapped in a velvety cloak of polished tannin, and dry fruit extract. The acidity is lovely, and this seems to have masses of sweetness and depth.
