This is a medium bodied, flavoursome wine with ripe plum and berry fruit flavours, mellow tannins and subtle oak integration. An ideal accompaniment to most red meats, chicken, pasta and matured cheeses.

Aromas of blackberry/raspberry, mint, aniseed, new leather and wood. On the palate a delightful mix of blackberry/raspberry/cherry, dark chocolate, aniseed and cedar wood that just gets through the door of the full bodied club. It has vitality, freshness and the most beautiful fine tannins. Big boned but not heavy. Juicy raspberry and aniseed finish. Lovely example of the classic Australian blend.
