Introduction:
GeomaX Health and Fitness Centre will aim to essentially serve the St. Andrew's,
St. Patrick's and St. David's areas helping people to become healthier, fitter and more productive in their overall lives. We will provide a professional service that is affordable; and can boast of excellent gym equipment, accessories and knowledgeable personnel conveniently located in the heart of Grenville.

Features:

  • A Strength Room - dedicated to muscle building using fixed and free weights.
  • Cardio Room - as the name suggest is dedicated to cardiovascular exercises like running, stepping, and cycling.
  • Aerobics Area - will facilitate group exercise classes like aerobics, spinning classes, and Martial Arts held by professional, experienced Instructors.
  • Changing/Locker Rooms - Separate Male and Female changing rooms, each of which are equipped with personal lockers and Solar heated showers.
  • Personal Trainers - available to guild you to reach your potential! They will show you how to use the equipment and help you with an exercise schedule to get results.
  • Convenient opening/closing hours.
    The gymnasium will open 5am - 9pm Mon - Fri and 10am - 5pm Sat & Sun.
